Three students, that I know of, have experimented with the intellectual architecture of triangulation as both means and objective of nations desiring fairness and reliability in international communications.
The three are:
David R. Graham: Three Brothers Doctrine
Yevgeny Maksimovich Primakov: Russian Crossroads: Toward the New Millennium (Also) (Also) (Also) (Also)
Vladimir Mozhegov: Trump will move the world to stand on three legs
Graham, a US-American, sees the three legs as India, Russia, and The USofA (IRUS).
Primakov, a Russian, saw the three legs as Russia, India, and China (RIC).
Mozhegov, a Russian, sees the three legs as The USofA, China, and either Russia, India, or Iran, or Arab countries, or South American countries. Mozhegov mentions others experimenting with triangular conceptual architectures.
Events on the ground will clarify who are the actual three engineers of stability in the modern discourse among the nations. Of one thing everyone today is convinced: Israel and Zionism will not be among the three, indeed, will not be at all in Israel’s present configuration.
Primakov’s RIC is the precursor of today’s BRICS. The old Seer saw intellectual architectures developed at the 1955 Bandung Conference — in parallel and then in unison with those developed by the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) — as essential for the welfare of all humanity, Russia included.
The recent BRICS 2024 Summit at Kazan, Russia feels like a vastly expanded, and expanding, and a truly universal resolve, by truly responsible modern statesmen, for international stability among all nations. Bandung and NAM are now BRICS.
The Five Principles of the Bandung Conference / Non-Aligned Movement are the heart of it:
Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Mutual non-aggression.
Mutual non-interference in domestic affairs.
Equality and mutual benefit.
Peaceful co-existence.
The BRICS 2024 Summit Kazan Declaration is here.
Many years ago, during a discourse I cannot now track down, Sathya Sai Baba mentioned as if in passing that India, Russia, and The USofA play in this era the roles of Dharmaraja, Bhima, and Arjuna, respectively.
If you do not grasp the reference, see here and here.
We certainly see Bhima at work today. Dharmaraja too. Arjuna has taken a step away from delusion and towards sanity. Epiphany of his inherent purity is eagerly awaited.
India, Russia, and The USofA share a language — Sanskrit-based so-called Indo-European — and cultivation of multiple religions — Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Baha’i / Zoroastrianism, Sikhism, Judaism. In their seminal articulations, Russia and The USofA share the religion of Christianity: Eurasian-Russian Orthodoxy for Russia and Scots-Gaelic Episcopalianism for The USofA.
Saints, Sages, and Avatars of India inspired the seminal articulation of religion in India — Hinduism — whose adherents inspired the religion of Buddhism whose Seers inspired the religion of Christianity whose Prophets inspired the religion of Islam.
China has another spiritual-cultural and linguistic character altogether from that of brothers India, Russia, and The US0fA, who are of the same spiritual-cultural linguistic family.
China is a great power by virtue of many factors. She can be gotten along with because her instincts are commercial rather than imperial. She is self-sufficient in neither food nor energy. Her inherent metallurgical and engineering skills are not reliably conducive to developments occurring in the modern world. Thus her vast espionage activities.
China wants to get along with the truly great powers — India, Russia, The USofA — just because of such systemic (uniquely Chinese) handicaps as these just mentioned.
Thus, China today has intelligent regard for her actual condition and position in the modern flux of nations. She excels at patience and deliberation. She is able to deliver clear, unambiguous signs of both opprobrium and gratitude.
In mere minutes, China today can sink any naval battle / strike groups or shoot out of the sky any air forces she considers may or will breach her sense of self-preservation. China is a great power.1
US-Americans have much housecleaning and domestic redesign to accomplish in order to prepare for mature and responsible participation in international communications. We are in a condition of dilapidation, as was meant for us by Zionists both Jewish and nominally Christian.
Juveniles and perverts embedded in schools and governments must be thrown out of office, prosecuted when possible, and generally banished from influence in our public affairs.
What those bad people did should be neither legal nor illegal but rather, unthinkable. Where they caused harm, they must undergo punishment. Law is for this purpose only, to deter harm and to punish harms’ perpetrators when deterrence fails.
Legacy media — aka intel agency information operations — in The USofA, UK, and EU should be regarded as contagious diseases. Nothing they produce is true or worthwhile except as subjects in counter-intelligence studies. All of it is poisonous, as are its human carriers, those so-called journalists. These should be ignored. So should be those alt entrepreneurs who sow blind outrage online, over legacy media antics, in order to drive up their incomes.
In relevant part, Mozhegov’s discussion of three legs of modern international order is copied below (machine translation by MSFT Edge):
It is clear that we could have nothing in common with the globalist democrats. For any plan of the globalists meant the destruction of Russia. Trump, whose super-idea of international policy is quite different – you live yourself, let others live.
Obviously, such a position opens up great opportunities for agreements. But do we have anything to offer? Is there a project for a future world that could suit everyone? Russia, the United States, China, as well as India, Iran, the Arab world?
It seems to me that we have such a project. And it has been in circulation for quite a long time. This is the idea of a tripolar world, or "a world on three legs", which was first put forward, it seems, by Anatoly Otryba, a professor at the Academy of Geopolitical Problems. The article with the same title was published in the last paper issue of the journal "Odnako" (2014), and then was translated and published in China, where it aroused lively interest. The essence of the project is that it is not a bipolar (confrontational) or a multipolar world (impossible in a global world where the strong will still devour the weak), but a tripolar world (or a "world on three legs") that could become a stable model of the future world order.
The first two poles are the United States and China. The third pole is, figuratively speaking, the countries that have "not joined" the "American" and "Chinese" blocs: Russia, India, Iran, and, possibly, the Arab world, the countries of Latin America.
A similar project was recently developed by the Izborsk Club. ("Arkaim XXI Century – The Concept of Geostrategic Strengthening of Russia and Its Allies" (2022).
Indeed, most countries are afraid of conflict with the United States, but at the same time seek to avoid total dependence. For such countries, the most convenient way out would be to enter the world of the "third pole". Such a pole, among other things, would become a reliable buffer working to avoid direct military conflicts: between China and the United States, Russia and the West, China and India, etc.
As for the U.S. fear of the renminbi, both the U.S. and China will obviously have to come to terms with the emergence of a new common currency of the "third pole," the price that will have to be paid for world peace. But the plus and special value (in the sense of preserving peace) of this currency is that it will be "common", not belonging to the sole hegemon.
Such a world "on three legs" and three reserve currencies seems, of course, much more stable than the current one. Of course, in order to build such a safe world for all, everyone will have to give up some ambitions. America – to abandon the role of the world's policeman and absolute world leader. To China – from ambitions to become an absolute dominant in Asia. Russia, on the other hand, will be able to become the "North" that will maintain a balance between the West, East and South. That is, to occupy the place that is granted by its geographical location, its historical fate and the Lord God.
Twelve years of Republican rule (four years of Trump and eight years of Vance) is exactly the period in which it would be possible to put the world on the track of building a stable world order. A world that will roll back from the reality of a big war.
The saying, One can get farther with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone., is not a threat to use the gun and should not be. It is and should be an assurance that one can defend oneself if one’s kind word is taken as a sign of weakness.
