The 5 Principles of The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) are both prius and product of Strategic Defense Architecture. This dynamic correlation holds steady for small powers and great and all those in between. The 5 Principles are:
Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Mutual non-aggression.
Mutual non-interference in domestic affairs.
Equality and mutual benefit.
Peaceful co-existence.
A nation’s Strategic Defense Architecture comprises concepts, agreements of one kind and another, and organizations domestic and foreign that operate cohesively and comprehensibly as a nation’s decisions for statecraft in the fields, the spaces of Diplomacy, Finance, and War-Fighting.
The nation is more important than the ideology.
Trotsky wanted to ignite The Revolution all over the world as soon as possible. Stalin saw that unless at least one nation demonstrates the benefits of The Revolution, other nations will not ignite zeal for the same.
Trotsky was a fanatic. Stalin was a practical man. Both were Communists, but one was a Jew and one a Christian. One wanted constant chaos — and death to Christianity. The other wanted to build a nation.
The United States
Strategic Defense Architecture
We have to be practical. In amongst torrents of lies and storms of prevarication, the Director, CIA, releases of late and into open source this practical truth: the United States no longer enjoys uncontested primacy.
Of course, he wants that primacy restored and labors to describe how to accomplish that mission. However, he and his auditors know they are unable to do that. They are afraid to say what they know because, well, they have nothing to put in place of their presumption of US primacy — actually, their own personal and tribal primacy. Neocons — Zionists — have no real and achievable objective available inside their cognitive topography, which they grasp indefatigably.
Strategic Defense Architecture is their need, the nations’ need. This is practical. Neocons — Zionists — will never see to know it. All they know is pan-optical attack.
The nation is more important than the family even. The nation protects the family far beyond a family’s ability to protect themselves. A family protects themselves to a very shallow depth. They cannot be expected to do more than that. Families bond together into towns, towns into states, and states into nations in order to protect themselves in wide and wider areas, with ever stronger means, from privation and subjugation.
This is the real world in action. It’s what people do, and rightly so. Taken altogether, actions such as these, to prevent privation and subjugation, comprise Strategic Defense Architecture. Any arrangement for protection, small or large, is an architecture. A family develops such, a town develops them, a state and a nation develop architectures which protect them and their sub-units.
Each expansion of architecture pushes farther out the depth of protection for those who lives inside it. A child is protected by their parents. They are protected by their neighbors. Neighbors are protected by their town. And so forth until we have a child protected by their nation.
Is there something protecting a nation, something providing even more depth of protection than a nation, even a great nation, can provide? Yes. That would be God. The three assets of statecraft — Diplomacy, Finance, War-Fighting — embody Him.
Keep God constantly in the forefront of one’s mind and He protects one from doing stupid things. That is to say, from engaging in activity the consequences of which one will find disagreeable. The proper Invocation opening every US American gathering, from family meal, to Congressional deliberation, to military formation, is this: Almighty God, may You always be uppermost in our thoughts, so that we may be protected from doing stupid things to ourselves.

In fact, the more the better . . . and the merrier. If something noxious comes from an exercise of power, it wasn't power qua power which did that.
Our USofA is in a decrepit estate because she lacks power. That has been brought about deliberately by internal enemies, which is a topic I don't want to elaborate here. We US Americans face the task of restoring our power as a sovereign civilization-state. Russians did this starting 24+ years ago. We are up to the task so long as we jettison self-adulation and the desire to impose.
Our method is to infuse, not to impose; to speak, but not to insist. Our object for ministration is our own country, not someone else's. The substance of our message is Strategic Defense Architecture. We must learn this art from our own resources and from the Russians, who, as well as succeeding with it, are entirely compatible and friendly towards US Americans and our freedom of state sovereignty.
Jacques Baud: In Russia, unsurprisingly, the principles of the military art of the Soviet forces inspired those currently in use:
readiness to carry out assigned missions;
concentration of efforts on solving a specific mission;
surprise (unconventionality) of military action vis-à-vis the enemy;
finality determines a set of tasks and the level of resolution of each one;
totality of available means determines the way to resolve the mission and achieve the objective (correlation of forces);
coherence of leadership (unity of command);
economy of forces, resources, time and space;
support and restoration of combat capability;
freedom of maneuver.
It should be noted that these principles apply not only to the implementation of military action as such. They are also applicable as a system of thought to other non-operational activities.

All the nation’s armed forces are tied together by a common unified conception.
The main difference between Russia and US-NATO in the conduct of war is that the Russian General Staff never loses operational and combat control of Russian armed forces — and operate with a common unified conception — whereas US JCS1 have neither a common unified conception nor operational and combat control of US armed forces.2
This is why, during the Russian SMO, and despite tactical complications, not for one day has the Russian General Staff lost operational initiative, which is the crucial parameter of Russian military science.
Operational initiative means, we make an enemy do at any time what we want them to do. And meanwhile, the enemy can think whatever they want to think.

While their Napoleonic and Wehrmacht experience demonstrated to Russians the combat effectiveness of this approach, the recent operational art of the Russian General Staff in Syria and the SMO have proven that updated formulae, modern variables, and the modern values entered into them demonstrate the continuing superiority of the Russian way of war.
The so-called Interagency is no substitute for a General Staff working a common unified conception and having comprehensive, integrated operational and combat control, C4ISR, on all military plans, training, and operations.
This is how State, CIA-USAID, NSC, and DIA-DOD civilians have opening to command, de facto, US armed forces, sending the same beyond unified control in all directions at once. 11 or so COCOMs, yet!
A set of created conditions, situation and objective circumstances that make it possible to impose one’s will on the enemy during an ongoing operation for a certain time in the corresponding direction. The side that has seized the operational initiative has the freedom to choose methods of action, directions and timing of strikes, and can solve assigned tasks in favorable conditions, while the other side is limited in its actions. Seizing and maintaining operational initiative is one of the most important factors in achieving success in operations. It is achieved by delivering preemptive strikes, surprise actions, more decisive, daring and active use of one’s troops (naval forces) and assets, gaining fire superiority, air and sea supremacy, and constraining enemy actions.
